Eurobattery Minerals’ Mentor Agreement terminated

Stockholm, 21 September 2026 – The mining company Eurobattery Minerals AB (Nordic Growth Market: “BAT” and Börse Stuttgart: “EBM”; hereinafter “Eurobattery Minerals” or the “Company”) announces that Mangold Fondkommission AB (“Mangold”) has today terminated the Mentor Agreement with the Company with immediate effect.

The Company will continue to inform the market in accordance with applicable stock market rules.

Language versions
Eurobattery Minerals AB publishes information in various languages for the convenience of our shareholders and stakeholders. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.
