In the time period from 25 November 2024 until and including 29 November 2024, a number of 886,291 shares of Mercedes-Benz Group AG were bought back within the framework of the share buyback of Mercedes-Benz Group AG; on 30 April 2024, Mercedes-Benz Group AG disclosed pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1(a) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 the start of the share buyback on 10 May 2024.

The share buyback programme was completed as of 29 November 2024. The total volume of shares which have been bought back within the framework of this share buyback in the time period from 10 May 2024 until and including 29 November 2024 amounts to 45,987,082 shares. The average purchase price per share was €60.9546. In total, treasury shares were repurchased at a total price of €2,803,121,916.10 (not including incidental costs).
Together with the share buyback programme which was announced in an ad hoc announcement dated February 16, 2023 and which has likewise been completed in the meantime, the total volume of both share buyback programmes in the period from March 3, 2023 up to and including November 29, 2024 amounts to 106.933.744 shares. This corresponds to approximately 10% of the share capital of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. The average purchase price per share was €63,6199. In total, treasury shares were repurchased at a total price of €6,803,114,858.09 (not including incidental costs).
The purchase of the shares of Mercedes-Benz Group AG was carried out exclusively via the stock exchange by a bank commissioned by Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
