Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company announces the following information.
 

As at 30 September 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 305,864,609 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, all with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
