Javier Perez-Freije named new CFO at Bystronic

Zurich, June 2, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Bystronic AG has appointed Javier Perez-Freije as Bystronic’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board. He will assume his new role on December 1, 2025.

Perez-Freije worked as CFO at the Mikron Group for several years and most recently served as CFO and interim CEO at the Gurit Group. He studied industrial engineering at the University of Siegen (Germany) and subsequently earned his PhD at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) in innovation management.
